The Audio/Visual Request Form is now available for download.
You must fill in this form to request the use of A/V equipment or the assistance of the A/V Team. Email the completed form to av@vcbc.bc.ca or submit it to the Church Office at least 14 days prior to the related function or event. Once the form is received, the A/V Team will contact you confirming the request.
Please note that all requests to book the sanctuary must be combined with the submission of an A/V Request Form.
